Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mixshow Prime (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including artists, labels, managers, and publicists who access our services.

Services

Mixshow Prime provides DJ servicing and music promotion. We prepare your release, deliver it to DJs and radio contacts matched to your campaign, follow up personally on plans that include promoter outreach, and report the responses and airplay detections we can record. What each plan includes is described on our Pricing page. Services are subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with or without notice.

Campaign Purchases & Payments

All campaign purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the amount shown at checkout to your payment method. Add-ons you choose are included in the total shown before you pay.

Sampler is a one-time payment of $149.

Mixshow Run is a monthly subscription. Mixshow Run bills $995 today and every month after. It has a 60-day minimum ($1,990 commitment), then renews month to month until cancelled. Cancelling during the minimum carries a 20% fee on the remaining committed balance. After the minimum, it renews month to month until you cancel; to cancel, contact us using the details below.

Prime Rotation is priced by scope and agreed with our team before billing starts. The same 60-day minimum, month-to-month renewal and early-cancellation terms apply unless your written agreement says otherwise.

Except as stated above, sales are final, although refunds may be issued at our sole discretion within 7 days of purchase if campaign setup has not yet begun. Campaign fees cover our services only and do not guarantee specific airplay outcomes, chart positions, or commercial results.

Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials or magic links provided to you. Artist dashboard links are tied to specific campaigns and must not be shared publicly. We reserve the right to revoke access if we suspect unauthorized use, abuse of the platform, or violation of these terms.

Content & Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to music, artwork, and marketing materials you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant Mixshow Prime a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of delivering campaign services. You represent that you hold all necessary rights to the content you submit, including master rights, publishing rights, and any required sync licenses.

Airplay Tracking & Data

Airplay detection is powered by ACRCloud audio fingerprinting technology. Detection results represent matched radio plays based on available radio stream monitoring and are provided for informational purposes. Mixshow Prime does not guarantee comprehensive detection across all radio markets and formats. Detected play counts should not be used as the sole basis for royalty claims or legal proceedings.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the Platform to upload infringing content, engage in fraudulent activity, attempt to manipulate airplay data or campaign engagement scores, harvest contact information for unauthorized purposes, interfere with platform infrastructure, or violate any applicable local, state, or federal law. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific campaign results. Radio promotion inherently involves unpredictable market and listener response, and outcomes vary by artist, genre, timing, and market conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mixshow Prime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific campaign in question during the 30 days preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active users of material changes via email.
