Who We Are
Mixshow Prime ("we", "us", or "our") is a radio promotion intelligence platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use our services at mixshowprime.com and associated tools.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — artist name, contact email, song titles, campaign details, and uploaded assets — as well as payment information processed securely through Stripe (we do not store raw card numbers). We also collect contact information you import into our CRM for DJ and media contact management, and usage data including page views, download events, and feedback submissions tied to release campaigns.
DJ & Media Contact Data
Our platform includes a contact CRM for DJ and media contact management. Records may include name, email, phone number, Instagram handle, radio station affiliation, and market. This data is used exclusively for campaign distribution and relationship management within Mixshow Prime. We sync contact records with Brevo to facilitate email campaign delivery. Contacts may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in all campaign emails.
Email & Distribution Data
Email campaigns are sent via Brevo. Brevo records delivery, open, click, bounce, and unsubscribe events, which are synced back into our platform and tied to campaign analytics. This data helps measure campaign performance and SPARX engagement scoring. We do not sell email engagement data to third parties.
Airplay Detection
We use ACRCloud audio fingerprinting technology to monitor radio streams for verified airplay. ACRCloud processes audio samples from radio streams and matches them against registered song fingerprints. Airplay detection data — station, market, date, time, detection confidence — is stored in our database and displayed in your campaign dashboard.
Payments
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects and stores payment card information under their own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards. We store only a Stripe customer ID, payment intent reference, and transaction status. We do not have access to full card numbers or CVV codes.
How We Use Your Data
We use collected data to deliver campaign services, calculate SPARX engagement scores, generate campaign reports and insights, send campaign distribution emails, verify radio airplay, provide artist dashboard access via secure magic links, and improve our platform. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising purposes unrelated to your campaign.
Data Sharing
We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the platform: Supabase (database and file storage), Brevo (email marketing), Stripe (payments), and ACRCloud (airplay fingerprinting). Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and data processing agreements. We do not share your data with any other third parties without your explicit consent.
Data Retention
We retain campaign data, contact records, and airplay detection events for the duration of your active service relationship and for up to 3 years afterward for reporting and compliance. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@mixshowprime.com.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable privacy laws to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@mixshowprime.com. DJ and media contacts who wish to be removed should contact optout@mixshowprime.com or use the unsubscribe link in any campaign email.
Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS), role-based database access controls, and secure token-based authentication. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is completely secure. Report suspected security issues to security@mixshowprime.com.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify active users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. This policy was last updated January 1, 2026.
