FBG Casino, Future's brother and a longtime member of the Freebandz crew, pleaded guilty Thursday
in federal court to conspiracy to possess fentanyl with intent to distribute. Casino, whose legal name is Rico Deville Buice, entered the plea nearly a year after federal agents raided the Georgia Airbnb they say he was using as a stash house.
The Case
FBI and DEA agents executed a search warrant in November 2025 at an Airbnb in Forest Park, Georgia, according to the criminal complaint. Inside, authorities said they recovered 17 kilograms of suspected fentanyl bricks, roughly $300,000 to $388,000 in cash, a Glock handgun, ammunition, an extended magazine, a money counter, and destroyed cell phones.

What He Faces
The charge carries a mandatory minimum of 10 years in federal prison, a possible life sentence, and fines of up to $10 million. As part of the plea deal, Buice agreed to forfeit $388,930 in cash, along with the Glock, the ammunition, and the magazine. His request to remain on pretrial release until his sentencing was denied, and he was taken back into custody. Sentencing is set for
